Keeping up with my kids!

Kendly is doing really good with the piano. She just had a recital where she learned and played one of my favorite songs, Bring Him Home from the Les Miserables sound track. She is very talented and is just starting to play the violin so that should be fun.


Sydney is playing soccer. As much as I am against that game, she is real good and very cute too. She plays for the pink cheetahs, and I expect to attend many a game in her future.


Here is Daniel just being himself. He is in to so much. He loves to play catch and drive trucks and just in general be a boy.



Here is a fun one of Ryan. This kid is so happy and loves to smile. He has started crawling and progressed to standing and trying to balance. Nothing is safe anymore, I swear this kid is more active and into whatever is near than I can remember.

Giving family pictures a try!

Well Jen we sure could have used your help with these. These were done with a borrowed camera and a timer that took quite a few attempts to complete all the while balanced on the back of a stroller. Pretty good considering?

With kids this cute I swear I am going to have to have 50 of them!


My beautiful Kendly. She had a fight with a hula hoop and lost. It left a small scar on her nose in the shape of a 7, but all is good now! Gosh she is turning into such a young woman. She turns double digits in a month!!!!!
My sweet Sydney. It seems this kid does not take a bad picture! She is learning to read and loves reading and writing for Dad.

What can I say about this kid. I laugh daily and really enjoy his expressions. He is so much fun and I look forward to the trouble he brings!


Ryan our happy little baby would not smile for anything. Turns out he had a fever when we came home so we will forgive him.

Let the School Year Begin

First Day! Ready and eager! Kendly starts fourth grade and is just loving it. She scored perfect scores in her AIMS math test and in the 95th percentile in reading and writing. We are so proud of her and love of school. Sydney is just starting Kindergarten and we are so excited to see her progress. We are sure she will do great.

First bus ride home from Kindergarten. What a cute kid. I can not believe my Sydney is already in school.

Family Camp Out

Daniel was in hog heaven playing in the dirt. I think we went through a full bag of wipes just to keep him recognizable.
The girls loved having their own tent to sleep in . I still can't believe how fast they are growing up!
Poor Daniel's face by the end of the camp out was just cut after cut. He has so many scrapes and cuts they were stacked on top of each other

Rain!

Yea I know who would blog rain, but here in Mesa AZ we celebrate every drop we get. In the summer we get a nice warm rain and the kids love it!

For those of you who do not get to see him on a regular basis! I'll tell you what this kid is HUGE. He was in the 95th percentile in everything except his little head. (visions of Tommy Boy " I got a tiny head?") He sure is a great little boy and we love having him in our home!
